The following terms apply for LeachBooking:
All payment by the venue is based on attendance, using an average cover charge per attendant [example: for a show 18 & UP, the charges of $4 for > 21 and $6 for < 21 would be averaged to $5]

0-50 [15% of average door-take]
51-75 [25% of average door-take]
76-100 [30% of average door-take]
over 100 [37% of average door-take]
MAX capacity [45% of average door-take]

There is no contractual agreement for an amount to be paid. Payment is based upon attendance alone. A calculation sheet will be presented, from Booking Agent (or venue representative) to Band, showing average payment, number of attendants, and percentage payment to band.

Rates for booking agent include 5% of band's percentage. This would equal out to the effective rates for the band to be as follows:

0-50 [10% of average door-take]
51-75 [20% of average door-take]
76-100 [25% of average door-take]
over 100 [32% of average door-take]
MAX capacity [40% of average door-take]

Upon agreement of above-stated rates, a copy will be provided to Artist. These rates will remain constant until both Agent and Artist consent to change them. Without each party’s consent, changes to rates cannot be made.

NOTE: Not all venues will agree to these terms. Some alterations made be made to both band payment amount and booking fee. However, keep in mind that these rates are very benefitial to the band. The more fans you pull in, the more you get paid. This, in turn, also means the more the venue will want you to play again. Accept this plan if you can produce a large crowd. Otherwise, if you cannot produce a large crowd (through hard work in advertising, or loyal fans) you may want to consider another option.
